If I ordered this today and make it custom size, will I be able to rush the order and get rush shipping so it will be here before September 1st?

if you order it now (about 2-3 weeks making costume time) and use the faster shipping method (Express, 7~15 days shipping time), it will reach you around middle September. (n__n)
