Hello. I recently ordered this cosplay (Order #139245), but when it arrived, the costume was way too small. Is it possible to return the cosplay for a full refund? If not, then just the refund is okay. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Since we only start making costumes after receiving orders and full payments, we do not accept return for exchange size nor return for refund.

*If we made the wrong size, we will be responsible for that, so please don't worry about it.

*If we made the correct size, but it just doesn't fit you, we are afraid we are unable to exchange a new one for you, hope you can understand. But we can give you a lower offer to buy another new costume.

Hello. I'm thinking of purchasing this cosplay in custom size, but I only know my measurements in inches. Is there a way for me to send my measurements in inches instead of centimeters? Thank you.

Hello Eleanore, yes, please simply select the 'custom size' and fill up your exact body size, and our tailor will adjust the costume size to fit you. n_n

*you can use measurement in inches, just write down in remark box that "all measurements unit are inches", then we will alert it.
